Nightlight
Step 1: Design
I love seeing each student’s project reflect who they are. At Flow & Glow, we believe everyone has a unique light to shine - creativity helps it glow. Whether you want clear guidance or full creative freedom,
you’re welcome here.
Nightlight
Step 2: Cut & Paste
Our glass fusion nightlight class is the perfect introduction to glass work. You will learn the basics of cutting glass, design principles, understand the glass media available, and will assemble your nightlight. If you can cut and paste, you will make something beautiful!

Step 3: Fire in the Kiln
After the nightlight class concludes, your artwork will be placed in the kiln and fired to 1450 degrees Fahrenheit to fuse into one solid glass piece. You will be contacted 1-2 weeks after your class to schedule a time for pick up.
Stained Glass Charm
Step 1: Pattern and Cut
In our studio, we use the Tiffany-style method to create stained glass charms. You’ll start by using a pattern to cut your glass pieces, and as we work together, you’ll build confidence and new glassworking skills along the way.

Step 2: Grind and Foil
We smooth glass edges with grinders so every piece fits the pattern. As close to perfect as possible… but creativity always leaves room for imperfection.

Step 3: Solder and Shine
We use a hot soldering iron to melt metal into the joints to join the glass pieces together in to a solid glass masterpiece.
Our workshops stay small so everyone gets hands-on guidance. Book your spot before they fill up!
Classes often fill quickly
Hi, I’m Beth - a glass artist based in Canal Fulton, OH, where I host stained glass classes within the walls of Canal Creative, our local community center where our moto is "We are Community Makers". The studio is all about stained glass and glass fusion, but even more than that - it’s about helping people find a place to belong and feel brave enough to try something new, even if it feels a little scary at first.
I love watching others discover the beauty of flowing in creativity. Whether you’re brand new to art of glass or have been creating for years, there’s room here for your story.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m a wife and mom to our four amazing girls. Sharing the light and love of Jesus in everything I do is at the heart of who I am - and that’s light and love is what I hope to pass on to others through encouragement and hope, and fearlessness to forge ahead into something new.
Our classes are beginner friendly! Some dexterity is required. We keep out class sizes small so our instructor can be hands on and help wherever needed.
Classes are usually 2 or 3 weeks and last 2.5 hrs each time we meet.
Workshops are one session that lasts 2.5 hrs. These are usually precut pieces and we focus on foiling and soldering so you can leave with a finished piece by the end.
